Pause and Resume Your Alphabet on BiblesClick

BiblesClick ·

You do not have to draw an entire alphabet in one sitting. BiblesClick saves an in-progress draft locally as you work, so you can return in the same browser and continue. This makes biblesclick.com useful for a project you want to complete in stages.

Draw a little at a time

Start with a few characters and concentrate on recognizable shapes. An interruption does not have to mean deliberately discarding everything you have already drawn.

For example, you might finish several letters during a break and return later to continue the remaining characters. Work at a pace that suits your hand and attention.

Return to the same browser

The draft belongs to the browser and device where you started. Reopen BiblesClick there to continue the local drawing work.

Do not expect an unfinished draft on a phone to follow you automatically to a computer. Using a different browser on the same device also means a different local storage area.

Understand what can remove a draft

Browser settings matter. Clearing BiblesClick’s site data removes locally stored drawings, and private browsing may discard them when the session ends.

The draft is a convenience, not a promise of permanent backup or recovery after a device failure. Avoid treating browser storage as your only long-term record of important work.

Finish and save the alphabet

An in-progress draft and a completed saved alphabet are different stages. When you are satisfied with the characters, complete the saving step offered by the page.

Begin by drawing a few letters and returning to check your draft in your usual browser. Once your alphabet is finished, inspect it in real text before settling on a reading style.
